Primary infrastructure is hosted on servers provided by OVHcloud located in Frankfurt, Germany.
Page Actions’ users data is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) region.
Backup data is stored using Google Cloud Storage in the europe-west4 region (Netherlands).
All infrastructure providers act as data processors and process data only on documented instructions.
6. Data Sharing
Data may be shared only with trusted service providers necessary for operating the service, such as infrastructure and hosting providers.
Data is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
7. International Data Transfers
Data is primarily processed within the EEA.
If any transfer outside the EEA occurs, it will be subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
8. Data Retention
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, after which it is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
